Plant a Seed, Read!

Welcome to Stockton Township Public Library’s 2026 Summer Reading Program!

This year, our theme is "Plant a Seed, Read!" and we are encouraging everyone in our community to read for at least 30 minutes each day.

To help you track your progress, stop by the library to pick up your Weekly Growth Tracker—a fun printout where you color in a bubble for every day you read.

Looking for an extra challenge? We also have "Bookish Bingo" sheets available for both kids and adults!

It’s a great way to explore new genres and track your favorite summer reads. Come see us at the front desk to grab your sheets and get started!

Unlock Stockton’s History: Digital Archive Workshop!

Ever wondered what life was like in Stockton over 100 years ago? Here is your chance to find out!

We are hosting a Free Public Event this Saturday, June 20th, from 11 AM to 1 PM.

Join us for an exclusive discussion and tutorial with Pete Becker, the local expert who led the incredible project to digitize our town’s physical newspaper archives!

Pete will walk us through how to navigate the digital search system so you can easily explore our town’s rich history. You’ll learn how to find articles, photos, and stories from our four historical newspapers.
