In February our group came together to review 

The Complete Autumn and Winter Cookbook.  

What a great time we had!

Several members made recipes from the book to share.

They were delicious and overall we gave this book a 

5 Star rating - our highest rating!

There were easy recipes and more involved recipes but all the recipes had easy to follow and complete instructions.

Items that could not be sourced were easily substituted without changing the flavor of the recipe.

Those of us who made the recipes choose ones that were more outside of our comfort level to test how well they worked and all of us gave 5 stars to each recipe.  

This cookbook is a winner and we highly recommend adding it to your collection. 

We made the following recipes

* Cranberry Sour Cream Pound Cake

*Pan-Roasted Pear Salad with Frisee, Goat Cheese and Almonds

*Cheese Straws 

*Hot Chocolate Bombs. 

 All the recipes are available in the library and listed below in PDF form.
